Let PAX take you on a journey to the romantic landscape of Tuscany, birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and origins of a unique culinary tradition. Sample the flavors of true Tuscan favorites such as Pecorino cheese, asparagus, fiorentina steak, and of course, Tuscan olive oil, in the special Tuscany Menu available at PAX throughout February. Savor delights such as Torta al pomodoro e Pecorino (tomato and Pecorino cheese tart), Spaghetti all’aragosta e funghi con salsa al promodora (spaghetti with lobster and mushroom in chunky Roma tomato sauce), Costata alla fiorentina con burro alle olive (herb-crusted T-bone steak with black olive butter), and Risotto agli asparagi e Zafferano (creamy asparagus risotto with saffron).
