The newly opened Boutique 7 Hotel in Dubai’s Tecom area is all set to celebrate the official opening of its trendy upscale British music bar I UP, on January 26th. International DJs Tony Richards and Tom Harwood will open the night with a mix of commercial, chart, RnB and House music.
