Every Wednesday at Shanghai Chic is dim sum all inclusive night. Not only are there dim sum treats, but a preview menu of the fabulous cuisine designed by Chef Eddie Leong with traditional and modern roots. Some of the yum cha on offer includes steamed Chicken Char Siew Buns, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Rice with BBQ Chicken, Seafood Bean Roll in Spicy Dried Shrimp Sauce, Chicken and Seafood Siew Mai. The preview menu presents Crispy Wasabi Prawns with Mango and Pamelo Salsa, Oven Baked Honey Cod in Shanghai’s Rose Tea Vinaigrette Dressing, Special Black Pepper Beef Cubes and Sautéed Kenyan String Beans With Dried Shrimp and Chicken Floss. The restaurant’s chef has designed a new menu combining the best of traditional Chinese style cooking with a very modern palate.
