EMM Group Expands Regional Footprint Bringing A-List Hotspot CATCH NEW YORK to Dubai

Dubai, UAE – December 11th 2014 – As previously announced, EMM Group, one of New York’s leading restaurant organizations led by hospitality veterans Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum, is set to initiate its global expansion with the opening of the first international outpost of the CATCH New York brand in Dubai this season.

With its flagship location set in the heart of Manhattan’s highly sought after Meatpacking District, the globally influenced seafood restaurant successfully fuses great food, service and an exceptional scene. Attracting a loyal following among A-List clientele including retired footballer David Beckham and international superstar couple Jay-Z & Beyoncé, CATCH features contemporary renditions of classic dishes executed by Executive Chef Hung Huynh, winner of
acclaimed U.S. cooking competition reality show Top Chef and a veteran of top New York establishments including Lespinasse and Per Se. Known for his expansive knowledge of international cuisines, Huynh helms the kitchen at CATCH New York, infusing the menu with influences from a myriad of regions where seafood is central to the culinary culture.
