Dubai’s Most Anticipated Restaurant Launch Of The Year From London to Miami and most recently Abu Dhabi, the Michelin-star Cantonese fine dining phenomenon will finally land in the heart of Dubai at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in November 2011. 

The 152-cover restaurant, which features a unique take on modern Chinese, will have an additional 88-seat capacity on its ambient outside terrace. The venue will also feature two private dining rooms inside and two semi-private sections outside with stunning luxurious architecture, as well as the Ling-Ling lounge for a more casual retreat. Located on the ground level of the Emirates Towers hotel next to Cartier, Hakkasan will have its own private entrance with valet parking for its customers.

Since taking the Abu Dhabi restaurant scene by storm with its opening last year at the Emirates Palace, Hakkasan has achieved an incredible line up of accolades, beginning with their title as The Caterer’s Top Outlet Opening of the Year 2010; Time Out Abu Dhabi’s Best Newcomer Restaurant Award 2010; and three category wins at the UAE people’s choice What’s On Awards 2010 ceremony including the Favourite Far Eastern Restaurant, Favourite New Comer and for the Best Chef of the Year 2010.

Hakkasan’s anticipative sense of design, mysteriously elegant atmosphere and distinguished menu will without a doubt enrapture the taste buds of the socially chic and set itself apart as Dubai’s ultimate fine dining and lounge scene,” stated Niall Howard, Hakkasan’s CEO.

Anchoring the kitchen will be Chef de Cuisine Pang Pin Lee from Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, who brings with him over 10 years experience in gourmet Cantonese and the art of Dim Sum. He delivers his own flair to the menu with new dishes that have been specifically designed for the UAE market sitting alongside Hakkasan classics such as the Peking duck with Royal Beluga caviar; steamed dim sum platters; black cod in champagne sauce and grilled Wagyu beef with King soya sauce. 

The extensive beverage offering will include a wide array of teas from the best producers in Taiwan. Dragon Well green tea and High Mountain Oolong’s will be available to enjoy alongside the finest 50-year-old teas. All are brewed and served to precise instructions while observing detailed etiquette to deliver the best flavour.
