Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai Launches 09 Apr 2014
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 08 April 2014 – Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai invites guests to be amongst the first to try a new fusion dining experience.  We Don’t Call It a Brunch incorporates world-class regional cuisines from Vietnam, China, North America and Europe, allowing guests to sample the finest cuisines and chef recommendations from the a la carte menus of the hotel’s award-winning restaurants.

Guests can embark on a culinary journey across three eateries and continents at Hoi An, Shang Palace and Dunes Café.  They can set sail with a taste of the warm South Asian shores of Vietnam with dishes such as exotic Black Angus Beef Tenderloin Pho Bo Soup.

There will be no need for a passport as diners move to Shang Palace for the finest Cantonese cuisine.  Winner of What’s On Dubai’s “Best Chinese Restaurant”, the restaurant offers delicious handcrafted dim sum by the hotel’s speciality chef and the irresistible, freshly carved Peking Duck, a Shang Palace signature.

Guests with a craving for the juiciest steaks, char-grilled seafood or how about a 53kg tuna for fresh sashimi, will be in for a treat at Dunes Café, featuring a plentiful buffet of international cuisine and decadent hand-made desserts and sweet treats.

Refreshingly relaxed and entertaining with Beverage Boost Points and a culinary master class at every turn, We Don’t Call It a Brunch diminishes mismatched dishes and unusual cuisine combinations to a distant memory of Fridays past.
